Quick visit this one, they've beeen infrequent recently.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned and excuse the gaps in the info, but as the title states, Hooky is spinning the tunes at the Tokyo Project in Oldham next week. 96.2 The Revolution FM has been plugging it all week.

Can't recall the what night, but they have a website. Just google it if you want more info.

...And there's me thinking this was a website for individuals who wanted to know about New Order and its members. I didn't realise that highlighting when one of them would be making an appearance was such a boring thing to point out.

Some fans, me included, can't spend all our lives on this website for one reason or another, rather I dip in and bring myself upto date as and when. I contribute when I think I have something worthy to say - hence just 300-plus messages in four/five years.

96.2 The Revolution covers just Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside in Greater Manchester. Those living say just 20 minutes away on the other side of the Pennines, or maybe in Liverpool, will not receive it, and maybe would have liked to have known that one of their idols was making an appearance 'locally'. If just one extra person went to see him because of my message then I have done my job.

The number of messages I've left is no indication whatsoever of how 'good' a fan I am. I became a NO fan back around 1983, not when I left my first message on this website.

Next time he's doing something local I won't bother mentioning it, after all by all accounts it sends some people to sleep...

Or, more likely, because Liam has yet to grasp the concept of 'clubbing' and doesn't like DJ's one iota.

Can someone hold him down and we'll force feed him smarties at the next meet-up! :evil4:

I was going to say that Liam of all people doesn't need any more feeding, but on second thoughts maybe it is high time the miserable old sod's temperament was chemically enhanced with some happy pills.

In fact, why's no-one done it sooner??!!
