Just read on channel 4 music text, a quote from Hooky saying the soundtrack is completed, its has no vocals which he said meant could Bernard relax and he said it will probally be released with the left overs from sirens call.

... unless they are instramentals!

Do you really want another voice other than Ian's in this movie?

Sorry I wasn't clear, the songs are indeed instrumentals in the style of Joy Division

I hope this last bit isn't right... If true I reckon WFTSC could be the last we see of NO in the studio for a loooooooong time...

The constant use of the term "leftovers" isn't exactly filling me with confidence :\ohwell:

I mean you wouldn't want the leftovers of your Christmas dinner would you? Gnawed turkey bones and half eaten sprouts?

Hopefully these tunes won't be the aural equivalent eh.

After 24 years,I still feel the same way now as I did then about an imminent N.O. release, even tho' I probably know that it won't be a Lowlife or a TPK or a Thieves....with abandoned, fidgety, excited glee. It's got N.O. on it & it's got Hooky on it,& that will do for me   :thumb:

i think "what he actually means" is that New Order have finished the score (hence the no vocals) for the CONTROL SOUNDTRACK.

C'mon Ally, if they consider they were good enough NOT to be B-Sides of the WFTSC singles, they can't be THAT bad.

Amen, brother. Personally, alot of the songs New Order doesn't carew for are in my opinion, some of the best. Procession for instance.
