New Order March Madness tournament moved to State of the Nation forum

Like the title says, the NO tournament is in the polls forum, where I should have put it in the first place! Please check it out and vote if you hven't already. :)

Voting to end Tuesday March 27 for the first round. Second round will come out four matchups at a time.

Better that it dies quietly over there than strangles everything else here! That's why I did it two or four ties at a time last year, so it doesn't intrude but keeps people interested.

Just announce round two here, so we'll know when to vote.
