Am I the only one who thinks he looks kind of cool? Fake moustach and a too-small t-shirt that says 'Summer Safari' lol!! I mean - if you say that guy in the park, wouldn't you want to at least talk to him to see what was going through his mind??

Nope in England if we saw a guy looking like that or one wearing a tin foil hat for that matter we would avoid eye contact at all costs let alone speak to them...
Hell we wouldn't even discuss it amongst ourselves just exchange slightly embarrassed smiles.
