Dunno about sales, but I think you're right about the Mancland gig: the presence of Doves will definitely up the sales figures. I imagine the return of Shaun William Ryder will probably attract more than a few curious punters....
I think they'll be lucky to sell 10-12k for the Finsbury Park gig - what's the capacity about 30k?
Its not as if they will appeal to alot of new or curious people other than the usual suspects as they've not had alot of chart or radio exposure in the last year.

Probably trying to make more money for themselves mate;)
Tickets are still advised through various ticket agents in several magazines
It'll be fookin great if it does sell out, although it will be a bit of a bastard staggering through the crowd to get to the front, just before the band come on![]()
Does spend the night on the row worth, or you guys from England go just on the rigth time to the gig? I want to be in the very front!

Luis - we'll be there when the doors open probably, find a beer tent and stay there till new order come on (depending on the weather) then before New Order come on stage - we'll stagger to the front of the crowd (very, very drunk:D )
That's a nice strategy. I'll take this one, so we could dirnk a lot before the gig itself.

interesting idea...but won't you pass out during the show? there's nothing worse or funnier than a bunch of you passing out and/or :\puke: in front of NO.

Not worried at all - several years practise of drinking all day
If the worse comes to the worse, and you're sick - you just start drinking again - always works for me:D
There was a guy at the Sydney New Order show drunk as hell, lying on the ground before they even came on. He started crying because he'd been waiting to see New Order play again for 15 years and he got himself to pissed to stand up and watch ....
Don't let that happen to you Luis !!!
Finsbury is nearly sold out as announed in today NME(22.5.02). I'm in Paris at the weekend, anyone else going to this gig? Fancy a pint?
