i didn't know there was any hidden meaning with DC ???? I thought the song talked about one of the places where the band stood while they were recording WFTSC... If we're now trying to found secret meanings in NO 'songs ,i think it's time for us to get something new from them . I guess we 'll have to wait for a while...

Agreed.. prolly tried to listen to it three or four times and its lifeless. Glad they didnt play it live adjacent to Jetstream or it would have led to a double cigarette break.

In all fairness though, there was no real hint in your initial post that you were kidding. One of the downsides the internet I suppose, it's harder to tell when someone's joking.

This has actually been one of my more received posts, so I discard the bomb claim.

Its good to see that Hooky's back in Control though.

But going back to the theme of the thread, there IS a hidden message in this Draculas Castle track though. if you take the time to play it backwards and listen very hard you might hear Barney whispering the words:

"I wrote this song in my sleep. It's a complete waste of time. The tune is shite. The lyrics are even worse. I'm so sorry. Somebody please kill me."

I thought that was only on Jetstream!
