Elaine Irwin Mellencamp is a former supermodel, and currently works as a spokeswoman for Almay Cosmetics. She is married to rock star John "Cougar" Mellencamp. Both reside in Bloomington, Indiana, in the United States, and she continues to work as a fashion model.
Elaine was born in 1970 in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. At 16, she left home to pursue a modeling career. Elaine was 23 when she married Mellencamp. The two met when she was hired to appear on the cover of Mellencamp's Whenever We Wanted album and romantic sparks flew. Within 10 weeks, she was engaged to the musician. The couple celebrated their 10th anniversary in September 2002. They are the proud parents of two sons, Hud and Speck.
Irwin Mellencamp also made history on May 27, 2001, when she became the first woman to drive the pace car at the Indianapolis 500.
Currently, Irwin is in the television commercials for Almay makeup.

this is kinda odd... on the you tube video of 'patty' i posted on top, if you slide the play position bar back and forth, it plays the 'subliminal' parts of the video (marbles, apple and knife, spilt milk, etc.)... maybe i just works on my comp???

I also read somewhere that Barney's wife is one of the women in this video. Although barney wouldn't tell which one. What I don't know is during the shooting of the video, if they just met, are already dating, engaged, or already married. Probably all of the above.:)

The round and round video thing is a myth.
When I googled this to check (yes I have that much time on my hands) I was surprised to see that the info about Bernard marrying one of the women in the video seems to actually come from the NOOL website.
