They certainly could have made it a bit more artistic looking, scrawl doesn't count for art in my book. They could learn a bit from that Banksy fellow. Or any one of the artists from the subways days in NY.

Its in a subway where Cambridge Street goes under the Mancunian way... but the Graffiti has since been removed.
