Is this a known Blue Monday remix? or a special 'condo-sale mix'?

Maybe appropriate-given the strange precience of Gretton plucking the phrase "the hacienda" from one of Tony's Situationist books "The Red Cellars". Hacienda is the Spanish word for house after all, Blue Monday almost never saw the light of day due to the Hacienda's bar bill(according to Tony)and The Hacienda did(eventually)come good a bit during the acid house era(a house for House??). When Factory went belly-up, the Hacienda was going to follow sooner or later. Lo and behold, it gets turned into flats(mini-Haciendas). Now it seems the developer of this set of condos either has a Blue Monday/Hacienda fetish and hopes a BM ripoff will give his product a "so cool" image like what Saville or Kelly tried to do with what was after all a former boat showroom or a really cheeky website designer

The version sounds familiar, but when I checked out all my Blue Monday versions, mash-ups included, I don't have it.

I don't think its an appropriate background music for a real estate site. Old folks may not buy it, thinking that they might not be able to get a good night sleep. I think the Peter Saville Show Soundtrack is a more appropriate background music. He he he he.
