I hope I am putting this thread in the right place...I was listening to Still a bit ago and I never noticed this before.But I started to hear all the littlesounds that Hannett put in the songs and Ian's voice was more clear sounding to me.

Don't know if this is on Martin Hannett's personal mixes cd, but at 1:41 into Exercise One,you can hear a car horn honked twice. It tripped me out because I never heard it before....after all this time of listening to Joy Division...:laugh:

yeah,strange. A few weeks ago, i noticed some spoken word at the end of "the eternal". It could of been me? Maybe?

i mean i noticed all the sounds before,its just that everything is more clear sounding now.i haven't altered anything and have the same headphones as usual...oh,well...its neat though..

right at 1:41,before the first verse of the song...you have to listen real closely...

It's not a car horn, but yes there is a sound repeated once at that point.

i never noticed what sounds like somebody singing a high pitched guide vocal during the guitar solo in shellshock until i got some new headphones
