I've seen New Order play "Regret" live on various videos and I'm wondering if Barney really plays that opening riff or if it's a pre-recorded. He really looks like he doesn't even touch his guitar with his right hand...

What do you think ?

Well, if that's so, I'm wondering why Barney cheats us by miming that riff... Or is it just his strange sense of humour ?

Do you mean an auto-sample or did they take this riff from somewhere else ?
