(although old Werner was talking about the subatomic scales, his theory holds true for almost all macro-scale measurements. For example, the police RaDAR/LiDAR emits photons which bombard your car and SLOW IT DOWN a miniscule fraction. Even something as passive as astronomy is affected....by observing the photons emitted by a distant star, you end their journey and this is obviously an effect....it can of course be argued that one is measuring the STAR by MEANS of the photons, but that's semantic trickery if yer asks me)

There's a chap in my work, who goes to Thailand about 3 times a year, spends his entire salary on it, and his every spare minute looking at hotels and flights for his next mission. We can't decide it ladyboys or just boys he's after, though we're reasonably sure it's the former.
