Having watched the Factory documentary the other night...it mentioned Alan a lot.
Does anyone know if he is still alive and what he's upto.
The programme didn't really give details.
Cheers Chris

My boss at work actually bought a used Mercedes off him a couple of years ago. He came into the office and I was the only one who knew who he was.

Pardon, but Steve Coogan doesn't seem to look like Tony Wilson at all, so I assumed the actor who played Erasmus was as fictioneaous as almost everything else. ![]()
Just watched 24 hr party people again for the 1st time in a couple of years and its clear Alan played a major part in factory but doesn't get the recognition thnat others seem to do?
What! - he was the co founder of factory records?
shazzer wrote: Thanks.Not much then.:\ohwell:
He was also in 1984's "Play At Home" documentary - Hooky was interviewing him whilst being his pillion passenger as Erasmus rode them around on his motorbike
