I do agree with you, they are all great, but there is some better than others.. and personnaly, I do think Blue Monday and Fine Time are overrated because they are not in my top 10 list of New Order songs...
Just like the band is tired of playing Blue Monday for instance :)

I think that the word that goes together with New Order has always been underrated (Overrated should be U2´s and scores other groups´ second name).
Many of the songs you´ve mentioned, namely Bizarre love Triangle but many others as well, should indeed have reached number one. The fact that they didn´t shows why most people would drink plonk even if it costed the same as Rioja.

New Order OVERRATED SONGS??? Well Ive not seen any of their songs on NOW HERES WHAT I CALL MUSIC Volume ## Basically any song that falls on that album is OVERRATED! MAINSTREAM music. There is no OVERRATED NEW ORDER SONG! ...maybe just possibly maybe -- Blue Monday! I know that a lot of people may dissagree on that one.
Over-rated songs - Blue Monday, True Faith and that 12" of BLT (though the original BrotherHood version is simply delish).
