I've tried to figure out the lyrics for the new track:

nice one Marco, that seems to just about cover everything really.

only suggestion maybe that instead of 'get a fun of you' sounds to me like 'get off on of you' but that's a minor quibble

That is correct, I believe. It also make sense in connection with "Don't look down" line.

In addition, since the other thread on this track has disappeared, I will put this comment here.

For those of you who like Such a Good Thing, try listening to Shine, track 2 on Monaco's Music For Pleasure. You should like that even better! It's the same song, except it is done much better by Monaco.

You mean apart from the entirely different chords, tempo, lyrics, arrangement and personnel? Yes - it is identical.
