I think, you should look first, if you have paid your bill and then ask in this forum: Technical Chat :)
Yup, deleting the cookie for NOOL will cure it - easiest way is to delete the lot (Tools/Internet Options/Delete Cookies - in Internet Explorer), however that will delete other useful cookies... :)
The other method is to delete the single cookie file, but you need to try and find it first...
I think the site still have some issues since the last upgrade.
Be patient, I will upgrade the site next week... I'm working on all of it.

i had same problem, in fact i had to keep writing my new password down as it was changing every time i logged on. i got round this by instead of logging on from start, i viewed a topic and clicked on reply, low and behold, same password every time, dont know if just coincidence, but it worked for me... good luck coz it sure hell is a pain in the rear end.

Essentially, the cookie isn't 'saving' the password, so he can still login, but has to keep entering in the password - if I've got it right? I've had that a couple of times before, and deleting the cookie ("< login > @ www.neworderonline.com ") has always cured the problem...
He wroted on the german website, he has to choose the option, if he had lost his password. Then he logged in again, changed the new password in his old one. They next time, he's going to log in, he has to do the same procedure.

Oh, BTW nic, sometimes the google ads seem to slow the site down.
Spent many hours on the site and sometimes it does take ages to load purely cos of the google ads.
Not complaining as they provide much needed revenue to the site,but,just thought i'd let you know.
