New Order's Get Ready on Japanese Anime

I don't know if it was mentioned before, but has anyone seen this before:

It even has the Get Ready Peter Saville bar.

According to my sister who is a Japanese Anime fanatic, she is Tsutako Takeshima, a school newspaper photographer from the anime series "Maria-sama ga Miteru" (Maria Watches Over Us) currently running on its 4th season.

That's cool! I'm not that much into anime (although I have watched a lot of it when I was younger), but that's really neat looking.

So, do you think Saville Associates knows about it? And are Saville Associates entitled to royalties? Legitimate question here.
