Are the remixes identical to the original single? or are they remastered?

I'm sure someone mentioned over the weekend they were just re-releases - I certainly wouldn't know because I think everyone knows what I think of the song;) I'm hoping my pal Muffster from up the road is gonna send Such a good thing & brutal down to me on CD:D
"Three Fucking Lions" was re-issued the same day wasn't it - the Shitening Seeds and those two "comedians"..? It went back in the top 20 as well...
..no surprises there then.... Fucking hate that song...gets reet on me tits...

STILL LOVE THE SONG! and enjoyed the live version last sunday sooooooo much.
As regards the remix. It sounds new to me. Just my first impression (maybe I forgot the original 'old' versions?) So please spear (correct word?) me, if I am wrong.

You get the regular version and the No Alla Violenza mix, so nothing new. The sound quality of the CD is better, but I think that has more to do with modern manufacturing methods. I don't think for a minute that anyone bothered to sit down and re-master it, given the speed with which it was re-released.
Surely it's worth buying for Such A Good Thing?
Just buy it...its all GREAT plus you never know when you will start to become a serious collector then you WILL NEED IT. ROCKET COLLECTOR MICK

is this item collectable though Mick? ... I put it to you that New Order's releases post Factory shutdown / Republican are pretty arbitrary. Who, as an example, would need to scour the land for 'Getting Things Ready'? or want the re-issue of 'Low-Light' on CD?
That's not to say that 'a completist' wouldn't require these items - my point is, they don't make your toes curl up like picking up the metallic 'Brothers in the Hood' original vinyl.
See your point MR HUNTSMAN and when i get those other two FAC 53 my faith will be restored.Meanwhile the double FACTORY BENELUX 7 inch of THE PERFECT KISS in mint condition,although not rare per se,is still top of collection GREATS.As i have said before though since the internet collecting is easy.I prefer the good old days that had the mystery to it all.You know what i mean. You can't beat the old days Rocket Man that's for sure - I'm in total agreement. Walking into a record fair where you genuinely didn't know what you were looking for was exciting to say the least. As long as it was New Order or Joy Division that'll do ... its only years later you realise you picked up a peach! ... and that there was some reason behind why the cover was a different colour, albeit minor.
Rocket Ship what shit are you after? - which 2? - is this to complete your collection? - I might have something you need if you spell it out for me.

Unless you download it of course, but by doing that you're not contributing anything to the band, and I'm sure no-one here condones that sort of behaviour...;)
Well guess what folks? Talking about collectibles, I only just found - whilst browsing round some of the shops in Newcastle - a MINT copy of the second 12" of "Ceremony" (the poorer version IMHO actually) as originally issued on Factory in 1981 - brand spanking new and in immaculate condition. Never mind that I have a copy of it already, but the asking price of ONLY £3.00 was just too good to say NO to!! Oh aye! 
I just got the WIM single in the mail today, It it just the same, but is worth buying for "Such a good thing" Anytime there is a new song, it's worth buying.
