Whilst listening to 'Getting all this Stuff Ready in Due Time' yesterday, a bolt from above hit me during Primitive Notion and I realised how much the production of this song was inspired by that of several songs on Electronic's Twisted Tenderness album: Haze, Breakdown,... : all those little scintillating sounds here and there, etc.

Am I the only one who dicovered that?

Not really noticed but as i love ELECTRONIC and think that TWISTED TENDERNESS is superb i will give it some thought. Cheers ROCKET MICK

Rocket Ship is that you on the front cover of TT with a few days growth on the go?

Surely Greeny Primitive Nosebag is more hardcore than the fairly pedestrian TT album?

Add in the dress sense of Dick Emery's son Gaylord and you're nearly there:; that's meant to be an ironic wink ;)at the end, in a no offence type way.

Back to the original question....:evil4:

Twisted Tenderness is a fuckin great song:nod: In fact that album is brilliant - not long ago I devised another New Order / Electronic compilation, including stuff from Technickers, Raise The Pressure, Republica, TT, Get Rockin + Here To Stay & Out of Control - it's amazing how well you can blend the songs together:D

But....Primitive Notion wins the draw hands down fer moi - loved it the first time I heard it, and it's still probably my favourite song on the album;)
