If Martin Hannett could have produced more New Order tracks?

I have just finished reading Colin Sharp's excellent biography of Martin Hannett (which I got for Xmas). This has got me thinking - if Martin could have produced one more New Order track what should it have been?

My vote would be "Murder" which I think would have suited Martin's style. Also if New Order had done a full Control Soundtrack album with Martin it might have been interesting? I realise Martin died in 1991 but then what the heck - this is only a hypothetical exercise.

So any ideas for tracks - what do you folks think?

Please no. For me the real New Order starts post Martin Hannett.

Yes I agree up to a point - I can't imagine Temptation or BLT produced better by Hannett for instance. However, there has always been more than just the pop side to New Order. Tracks like Elegia, Peter Saville Soundtrack etc have demonstrated New Order's wide palette of music.

hannet was a man of his time so its difficult to see what he would add to later tracks.....

Martin Hannett was responsible for the sound Of Joy Division... So I don't think that that he should have produced more New Order songs ....

Well I do think he did a good job on Ceremony which does sound very New Order. Just imagine though if Movement sounded like FACTUS 8.

"Murder" is a good choice.

I think "We All Stand" and "Ultraviolence" would have suited Hannett as well. "Ultraviolence", in particular, tended to have way more interesting live mixes than what appeared on Power, Corruption & Lies.
