YOUNGSTERS could get special tuition sessions with Manchester's cultural icons as part of plans for a fitting memorial to the late Tony Wilson.

I thought Manc vs Cancer would've been promoted with more of a Wilson slant this year.

I mean, after all, he was (i) Mr Manchester and (ii) he recently died of a cancer-related illness.

Do you think they've missed a good PR opportunity here? Perhaps someone should tell 'em?

God yeah, I wonder why. Unless they're planning a special Wilson gig, lets hope so.
