The publisher still has a few of the numbered (£200) and the lettered (£500 complete with original print) editions of this available.
I seem to remember that they said this would be it - no poor people's versions will ever be available. No mention of that on the site though, and I forgot to ask the guy when I called earlier so check that if you're bothered.

Biggie, I've been saving all sorts of quarters (three at to be exact at the moment). Such work of trolling through change and the wife's purse has been down-right tramatic. I think one of these books would be in order to send to me right away for all my trials and pains on yer account.
