I HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO THIS BAND CALLED CUT COPY, THEY ARE FROM AUSTRALIA , IT IS A VERY GOOD ELECTRONIC SOUNDING BAND , IT HAS A MIX OF ROCK AND ELECTRONIC LIKE NEW ORDER, IF YOU HAVE TIME PLEASE CHECK THESE TRACKS OUT

Cut Copy has a song called "1981" that's inspired by Blue Monday and uses the backing to BM for most of the song.

Here's the video. Its pretty cool.

They're other music is great, by the way. Lots of New Order influence.

I've been pushing them here, well that's prolly not the right word for a while now. I've been meaning to get their new album, well it's only been released for a couple of weeks now.

Their song "Lights & Music" is the free download of the week on iTunes....better hurry if you want it becasue I think they change the free song on Tuesdays. I'm not sure though.

I guess I should mention that it's on the US iTunes. I'm not sure about the other stores.

i don't remember them being there - but i missed the start, got there for komakino, then i caught rilo kiley, hard-fi, had a snowball fight, had some balloons, saw a bit of moby, a bit of graham coxon & then new order. good day that.
