In the thread about the possible "next Mrs. Jeff White" I wrote about some of the girls I dated who were fans of NO and how they usually had a fatal flaw of one type or another (....hmmmmm, could the failure of the relationships been MY fault?.............naaaahhhh :p )
I started thinking about why that was. Here's the question: Do you have to be a person of strong mental character to be able to "handle" the subject matter of JD/NO?
Why is it that some people can enjoy JD/NO, be rabid fans, study their history, travel around the world to see them live and come through these experiences totally normal, well adjusted folks. Then there are other people who seem to get sucked into a vortex of a JD/NO-centric lifestyle that is all consuming and from which there is no escape.
I'm not trying to be :headoff: Dr. Phil :headoff: , just curious..........
