Peter Hook was on last week - I don't think they're on this week - I did speak to the production company on behalf of this site. I think the 'news' section may have got a bit mixed up, but I may be wrong!

Huntsman - of course not, mate - I think you probably heard the announcement by that stupid Bacon geezer on the Wednesday - it was ambiguous - could have been the next 2 days or the next week AND he said 'New Order' rather than Peter Hook.

It's just that I have a few erm... contacts, so I phoned the Big Breakfast production company to confirm. They're not allowed to give specifics, so the best I could do was to let the webmasters know it would be 'in the next 2 days' by which time, your news had been posted.

Oh yeah - have you still got a copy of the Japanese gig from BBC Choice on video? I'd be happy to pay for a copy - haven't got access to BBC Choice at the mo.

It melts my heart to here words of encouragement from the general board.

Nasher - I have the aformentioned item on video with the short interview with Peter Hook. I'd be happy to send you the original if you could safely digitize it for all to see (here on this site?). Its no good stuck in my pantry next to the crisps.

If you let me know your address I'll post it to you.

I retract my earlier statement of Kick Huntsman day. Its been a busy day at the office and I've got the flu and I feel like I'm dying. Perhaps I will die during the night like the passing of a used candle. If only I had a job where the meriest sneeze entitles one to a few days rolling around in bed watching various Richard and Judy type shite.

Thanks for that, Huntsman - trouble is, until I've got my pc fixed (in about 3 weeks) I can't do all the techy stuff. I'm using a ropey old carboard box with some soldering (and I'm sure, poppadum crumbs in place of a motherboard)at present.

When the pc is back, I'd love to take you up on your kind offer - I could do the following:

digitised video for Nicolas/the site

CD/casstette audio versions for yourself and anyone interested

I'll mail you sometime anyway mate.
