I wonder if Hooky needs to get permission from the other members in order to perform JD/NO material for a show like that. I would think that since they jointly own everything, he would. How do they handle things like that?

you can play anything you want live. tribute bands don't have to pay licensing fees, for example, even if their whole schtick is stolen from a popular band.
