Is it a scaled down version? I don't have a wall big enough to accomodate the original! Not that I would buy it anyway, it's interesting but not sure it would look good as a piece of art.
That looks like the one that was up at the entrance to the Urbis Hacienda exhibition. Elliot Whatsit did it.
I'll get me biro out and do one for £40 if anyone's interested.

now you know my name
Yes this was the one up at the Urbis and yes there were mistakes. There was a particularly glaring one, and, no offence to anybody present, but i'm not an NO anorak, merely a passionate fan.
And it was on the right-hand side of the family tree, which isn't featured here. I think it had something to do with one of the side projects.
loads of mistakes! I was only looking in the top left hand corner: "paul morely" (morley surley?) "jon robb" acr and durutti column in the key of design / journos?
I'd like to see a map of manchester/factory in the style of the periodic table... I'm going to start on it now
Someone used to do musical family trees of band members, histories and spin offs... I remember seeing them in tape inlays in Saudi Arabia (!?!)
Was a JD / NO one ever done (in a similar style to this)?
Was that Pete Frame?
They made a TV show about Manchester stuff based on his Rock family Trees 10 years ago or so.

Here's the "Rock Family Trees" show about Manchester that came out around 1998. Really worth a look.
Part 1 of 5 Part 2 of 5 Part 3 of 5 Part 4 of 5 Part 5 of 5
The show's narrated by John Peel and features a far superior looking family tree drawing than the one above, doesn't it?
