"Moses" utilises the solemn singing talents of New Order's Bernard Sumner, and is the perfect marriageof NO's obsessive rhythms and 808 State's tremolo synth licks. More bang for your buck here, too: GORGEOUS features 15 tracks in all, enough 808 State to make the whole family happy.

Really? I thought that was the Echo man who did the singing on Moses...

Do you suppose that New order are happy that they had such an influence?

Ian McCullough sings on Moses. The reviewer has it wrong and is confusing it with 808 State's Ex:El, which does feature Bernard on Spanish Heart.

Yup, review is complete rubbish - it is indeed Ian McCullough who sings on Moses...

Peter Hook does sing on 'Sexy Dancer' though, which is on Gorgeous, they also sample the bassline from She's Lost Control on another track on the album, probably why they got confused.

I've been listening to 'Ninety' a lot lately - incredible album.
