Julio, speaking from experience - DO NOT EVER ram New Order/ Joy Division down their throats. They will resent both bands and the irresponsible parent as they grow up. Fact.

My son is now six-and-a-half, so whilst he was in his mother's womb he was fed a daily diet of NO, particularly Get Ready.

Then in 2005, we had WFTSC for the nursery run. I NEVER inflicted myself with shitty nursery ryhme CDs. I wanted him to have the best upbringing possible, so only NO would do.

As my Mum used to say at teatime, "You get what you're given." That's why potato hash will always be my favourite meal. Similarly, Noorder jnr will always have NO.

FOOTNOTE: The unfortunate side effect to my son's upbringing, and those nursery runs, is that he now considers Jizzstream his favourite NO track... :\ohwell:

Encouraged my boy to learn an instrument when he was a young'un. He picked up the bass. Great, I thought. We'll have a young Hooky in the house! Five years later the house reverberates to the bass lines of The Jacksons, Chic, Victor Wooten and Marcus Miller (L Vandross bassist)! 70s disco... I'm having to learn to like it.

erm, Julio...don't you have to have sex with FEMALES to get a child?

Or are you just gonna kidnap one?

Don't any of you shoot me, but I picked up a keyboard, because I was inspired by Alan Charles Wilder. After, learning most Depeche songs, I moved onto Blue Monday, Temptation, and hell even Vanishing point. Now, as it stands Gillian is another one of my heroes, her keyboard style is pure class, especially with the occasional mishap during 1963 live. I also know some Cure on keyboard..lord your all probably out to lynch me now.
