24 HPP soundtrack question.

I heard that SLC and BM got full remaster treatment here, so what about Temptation? Is it the 87 version? Did it receive similar remastering? Because i've been looking for a remastered Temptation 87 for a while now, any help is appreciated.

It's an edit version of Temptation '87.

The second disc has a (very) random handful of tracks including a newer mastering of the aforementioned '87 version as track 1. I'm not sure if it's accurate to call it a bona fide "remaster" but it certainly sounds a good deal better and is thankfully not of the overcompressed or distorted mastering schools of thought. The sound definitely seems a bit richer to me, anyway.

The 2xCD version of "International" is available for 13 euros from Amazon France (Link^).

If you have an Amazon US or UK account just use your existing login details and bingo, you should have a brand new copy within a week or two.

I've actually got a question about the 24 PP film.

Is it just me, or are the songs '24 Hr Party People' and 'Here to Stay' (played over the opening and closing credits, respectively) played at a slow speed? Just a touch slower then they should be, but it makes them sound awkward.

Always pisses me off, I think 'how dumb could they have been to not notice that, it sounds terrible!'

Got the two disc International from Amazon.fr and Temptation '87 sounds better then ever. Really loving the Round And Round Kevin Sanderson 12" mix.

Theres also no stutter in this remastered True Faith.

blue monday is still missing the first set of beats.. not sure how different the quality is..

I noticed this as well,but having a stutter less true faith made up for it in my opinion.
