UK Music Hall of Fame Closes

The UK Music Hall Of Fame - which currently includes Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and The Beatles - is to be axed.

The yearly ceremony was started in 2004 by Channel Four, but last year no-one was inducted because of funding problems.

Music legends including John Peel, Elvis Presley and The Rolling Stones have become members since its launch.

However, The Sun reports that Channel Four are now shutting the doors on the Hall Of Fame for good.

Joy Division/New Order were inducted in 2005 and a few of us on the board were lucky enough to be at the induction "ceremony" at Alexandra Palace..

where is the 'music hall' of fame? I tried to visit it to see all the information, memorabilia and recorded history of the incumbents. but alas no joy
