Seems too good to be true, are there fakes going around or something?

That's likely a legitimate white label if it has the FAC number etched in the matrix, but not a "test pressing" of it. A Factory test pressing from that era would likely have a Mayking center label.

The way it used to work with Mayking is that the first 5 would have the Mayking labels and any ordered beyond that would just be plain white. So for every different cut you would get 5 with the labels and an unspecified number (depending what they asked for) with white labels.

I think Factory would probably order a box or two (with 25 each in) for most pressings.

Also, for what it's worth, Mayking was just a broker and the pressings were actually done at MPO in France at the time.

Will check the matrix when I get hold of it.

Still seems like a bargain :)

There was a fac183/7 white label test press oo7.

Although,there has been a seller on Ebay bootlegging factory wlt presses.

Check the run out an report back.
