Remember my first "Mr Discography's New Order Jukebox" in my show on http://www.dandelionradio.com where you guys picked which rare New Order vinyl track I played?
Well, this month, I didn't collect votes for which one to play, as I chose one of New Order's most rare tracks that tied in with the time of year: one from the ultra-rare 'Hacienda Christmas Disc' - given out at their nightclub's Christmas party in 1983.
The flexi-disc didn't even list New Order as the artist, instead saying Be-Music - their production monicker.
Anyway, you can hear a track from this 7" on my radio show, repeating daily at Dandelion Radio - and it's nicely digitally-remastered through the multiband compressors I record my entire show through. See broadcast times at http://www.dandelionradio.com/schedule.htm.
There'll be a vote on here in January, where you get to choose which rare piece of New Order vinyl I play in my Feb 09 show.
