If so, what are the lengths of A-side and B-side??? Are these versions the same as on promo 7"???

It's in the discography here.

That 7" on discogs is the second version, which I thought was the proper UK 7", apparently released months later than the 12". Edits by Ivan Ivan. The label has a serrated edge.

The first 7" (which looks like http://www.discogs.com/release/1472637) plays 4:50 (LP version) b/w 5:09. Promo or not, this Lyntone pressing is particularly poor - the sound is awful - I wonder if that is the reason why they re-cut it (with the new Ivan Ivan edits above)? The new version sounds a lot better..

There's several different 7" versions of this track - none of them "definitive" - they should really have kept it as a 12" only, like the preceding singles.

There are three different 7" versions of this - I think the UK ones may all have been promos. One is the same as the Low-life version, one is 3:50 (From 'The Perfect Kiss' FAC 123 promo 7 Inch), and another is 4:24 (From 'The Perfect Kiss' Factory Benelux 7"). There are two different 7" edits of 'Kiss Of Death' as well. More info here: Andy's New Order Track lists

Thanks for that info. Great, very useful site.

If you fancy hearing what the 3:50 7" version of The Perfect Kiss sounds like (very different edit to the Low-Life mix), you can vote to hear it on my monthly Dandelion Radio radio show (or three other hard to find NO tracks) in another thread on this forum here.

I don't think it was I had a record shop at the time and Rough Trade never offered us any of the 7". The FBN 7" turned up much later and most fans were surprised to see it so bought it out of novelty value (unique sleeve with photo! and different mixes). I saw on the Factory Once Again DVD that Factory gave the track to FBN as a gift because FBN were short of cash, which might explain why Factory didn't push the 7". I notice neither of the scans of the 7" and the promo say promo on them so they may both have been used as promos. Obviously the 7" exists but I don't think it got to the shops ie wasn't commercially released but I'm ready to be corrected
