The former Joy Division/New Order bass king has joined the Xfm New Music Award 2009 judging panel.
Peter Hook now joins former Libertine Carl Barat, Snow Patrol frontman Gary Lightbody, and the leader of last year’s champions, The Enemy’s Tom Clarke, to decide the winner from a shortlist of the ten albums with most votes, announced on January 26.
