Joy Division, Closer, Fact 25c.

I wonder if anyone can help. Today while clearing out my attic I rediscovered a long lost copy of Joy Division's 'Closer' on cassette. It is boxed in a purple presentation case with a tri fold out card insert.

The catalogue number is Fact 25c and is dated 1985 Factory Communications Ltd. The box has some minor wear but the card insert and the cassette are totally mint.

Could anyone tell me what it is worth, collectors prices NOT eBay prices!

depends on the wear,the sleeve is the main selling point of the box set,so,without seeing it i'd say £15-£20.
