A very good album. The most accessible certainly.

Brotherhood is the connoiseurs choice however: big punchy drums, Hooky off his tits and Bernard laughing over the record.

I find that Technique, and Lowlife, represent plateaus for the band. Brotherhood is in a league of its own.

My first post after reading the forum on and off for several years.

Took out my vinyl copy of Technique for a listen today, first time in yonks. As I removed the record from the sleeve out popped a sticker which I'd long ago forgotten that I had. It says at the bottom "This sheet is free with w/e 4 Feb 89 issue of NME." I'd obviously placed it in the sleeve for safe keeping all those years ago. I wonder how many survive?

well i got one of those somewhere too... totally forgot about it

Mine has too :-)

maybe we should start a new website called www.ididntstickmyfreeNMETechniquestickerontheoutsideofmyartportfolio.com
