I co-hosted a radio-show for almost 2 years, on a national Belgian radio. And the host once said about JD's "Love Will Tear Us Apart" it was a Paul Young cover. He got insulted through email. It was a joke, of course.

Speaking of belgian radio, and this time no lack of sense of humour... I remember "Blue Monday" entering the charts back in 1983 on the official Radio 2 "Top 30" and the host anouncing New Order as a "New Belgian Band". I'm sure the host had never heard the band's name before!
When Russ Abbott did 'Atmosphere' (I love a party with a happy At-mos-phere!) on Top of the Pops, John Peel said, "..and that was Russ Abbott with a cover of Joy Division's Atmosphere!"
