I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction to find out what this album is as I can't find out.

That is a bootleg of the original Warsaw album i believe. The noose around Ian on the back sleeve is in rather poor taste.
honestly - i've never seen a worse (bootleg-)cover of any joy division/new order record. Even subculture is better!
I have this bootleg too. What specifically are you wanting to know? The back cover describes the recording.
If this is identical to the Warsaw CD release with the baby on the cover...
Some of the versions on the album are interesting but the sound quality is pretty appalling. Think an MP3 file encoded three or four times over so the quality gradually gets more "watery". A select few of the tracks made it onto Disc 3 of the Heart & Soul official box set in higher quality such as The Drawback.
If the sound quality had been better this would be a nice release to own but as it stands it's just another shady boot of dubious origin.
This is a vinyl album and I got mine in the 80's well before MP3 was conceived. Can't recall how good the quality was tho.
