this sounds a lot to me like a new order song...maybe True Faith...or is it another one that I can't put my finger on...

the chord progression is almost identical and then later with the drums it even sounds more like NO...

Sounds like the breakdown in Crystal to me. Its a pretty standard chord progression thats been used on hundreds of pop tunes over the years.

I agree, it sounds more like Crystal to me too, didn't listen all the way through though, so there could have been other bits similar to other tracks, you can't copyright a chord progression.
