Does anyone have an actual physical copy of the World In Motion CD single made in Canada? It contains the full-length versions of all six mixes (four of which are on the UK Remixes In Motion promo).

CD5: CA 1990 (Polygram 846 237-2) 4:30 World in Motion... (single mix) 5:40 World in Motion... (no alla violenza mix) 5:52 World in Motion... (carabinieri mix) 5:08 World in Motion... (subbuteo mix) 5:08 World in Motion... (subbuteo dub) 4:48 World in Motion... (the b-side)

There's one with a "buy it now" price of $99 on eBay, but that's too steep.

This is for Recycle, and it will save Bruce from having to transfer all six mixes from vinyl.

Jeb - your probs best off trying someone like ally(Monaco) or nickos kingos or RoCKET or Nuts (Ste). Falling that the Sultan over on WIM site, I only bought the blighty unabridged dance mixes promo cd that came with the well gay (now) but cool at the time shorts.

I do indeed, although away from home until next week - got most versions of that CD (US, German 3", UK Promo - "Remixes In Motion", Canadian CD).

Those Canadian CD singles are well pricey - that and the Round & Round ones go for a small fortune...

Speaking of Round & Round, the German 3" CD single actually has the full-length version of "Best And Marsh" on it, despite it not being listed on the CD/sleeve! :)

I have World in Motion, Round & Round and Fine Time. I sought them out at the time because each had tracks that were unavailable on CD elsewhere.

They're visible in the photo I sent Dr. Rhino to confirm my purchase of the 2008 reissues. I've added the picture to my profile here if you're curious.

If the Canadian "Fine Time" CD single is anything to go by, the dynamics will be fine but the EQ will be wonky (less bass, senseless boost at about 3K IIRC). I think I can fix that though.

I never bought the Canadian "World In Motion" simply because I didn't care for the song. Once upon a time, it could be found *everywhere* around here. Ironically, I picked up the UK CD single instead because I found one cheap, and I really didn't need more versions of the song at the time.

That is the full length version of Best & Marsh. The 7" edit clocks in at 3:31.

Record Peddlar was the BEST of the Best places to go.Never bought too much from him Direct but used to correspond and get all these brilliant offers of New Order related items.I have still saved some of the Price LISTS HE SENT me(MARK).I still treasure VIDA POBRE(sorry about spelling but it ain't to hand),this being a GOLD cover of LOW LIFE from ARGENTINA. Touched by the hand of God indeed.

if you guys wait a few more months.. (well for the people that still want it)..

i have all those canadian singles (most are very good - near mint condition)...

and more for sale this year..

i'm doing a massive sale of my music collection, so that includes ALL the 'new order' stuff..
