For my first post, I had prepared a very nice discussion for guitar players that explored the virtues of playing NO/JD in the first position with open strings rather than the traditional C barre chord position. It was a real hum dinger, complete with tabs.
But time got away from me and my golly gosh darned post timed out on me.
Perhaps we'll revisit that idea when I'm less pissed off.
For the time being, I'd just like to say hello and thank you all for many years of (occasionaly) interesting and (sometimes) useful chit chat.
This wasn't quite how I had intended to join the forum, but it'll do.
