Hooky's booky - would you rate it or slate it ????

would need to read it first, dont see how you can slate a honest book by someone who was involved in such a legendary venue.

your much too young

BERNARD SUMNER The New Order frontman is now a Bad Lieutenant after splitting with Peter Hook. "I don't want to dwell on that..."

Saw it in the newsagents earlier today but didn't have my wallet with me. I'll pick it up tomorrow probably. Uncut is a good read generally, definitely one of the better UK music mags.

The Barney spread is about 4 pages with 10 or so questions answered in all. Some are from fans (including our very own Linus Sulanki/Steve  congrats) and a couple of "star" questions from the likes of Neil Tennant and Johnny Marr.

I like the bit Ian McCulloch writes about the GMEX picture with Sumner and Hook: " If Ian Curtis hadn't died, we would've been the main bands, who didn't become born-again Christians or cowboys..."

he wouldn't be having a dig at Bernard now, would he

The funny thing is that I did not even send them that question, the question that I sent was when are the Leftovers coming out and are you going to tour the USA.

Hey thanks for posting the Uncut article, but the funny thing is that the question I sent was when are the leftovers coming out and are you going to tour the usa, they put my name LINUS SOLANKI, NEW YORK with somebody else's question , I never sent that question about Gratn Gee docmuntary.Hey at least I got my name in the Uncut Magazine.
