I've been a fan since the very beginning but I don't know that I've ever heard or read why there wasn't a video made for either Ceremony or Temptation - anyone know ??

Michael Shamburg finally got round to it in 2005.
I seem to remember he gave the reasons for not doing it at the time on his website, which should be pretty easy to find.
The 'new' Ceremony and Temptation clips were included on the Collection DVD.
