Hooky tours intimate UK theatres this April / early May with Howard Marks in a conversational, musical and audience based show that sees the duo open up about their rock and roll shenanigans and pasts.

Really? Next we're going for the "Closer" radio show, where Hooky plays bass to spoken versions of Paul morleys pretentious articles on Joy Division.

Hope the solo bass stuff is equally spread through the evening so I can get to the bar regularly.

I thought punk was meant to get rid of the solo! Not shift it to an evening of it's own!

Since it's the first time a NO member has officially come to Hull since their gig at the City Hall in 1984 -might have to make the effort,can't see Bad Lieu coming anytime soon

Might be worth it just to see the New Hull Truck Theatre, the only thing putting me off is 'Howard Marks' [FFS!] and 'Solo Bass'. Would be more tempted by Howard's End and Steve Morris doing favourite Joy Division songs on the marracas.
