Bad Lieutenant invites fans and aspiring filmmakers to create what will be the official music video for the band's new single, "Twist of Fate," from their debut album, Never Cry Another Tear. The competition starts on February 22 and will run until April 2, about a week after the single's March 23 U.S. release date. This is great. Modest Mouse did this for Missed The Boat and the results were ace.

We've got form here too - the videos for The Village were amazing.

The Missed the Boat competition provided entrants with a film of the band performing the track against a white backdrop, as I remember. The idea was to incorporate this into the film. All the entrants are on Youtube, a lot of them are very good.

Can't wait to see what comes out of this.

the animated video is fantastic. I think the band should go with that then submit to On Demand to see if it can get some play....

It's not bad, but I've seen more interesting videos done by people who did the one for Community 2 lol.
