I don't think this is new, apologies if so. Have a listen to this and see what you think about the opening guitar melody, chorus...and the fact that he's apparently been sued by The Lightning Seeds (!)....comments, anyone?

Wow, what I don't get is how the Lightning Seeds are suing THEM? Did they ever pay NO for their blatant steal?

I guess they aren't quite that litigious, but when its this blatant it's got to be hard to ignore...I'm assuming that its this track that is basis of the LS case; if so I agree, it seems very wrong given that LS ripped that melody wholesale from NO. Plus, he's even wearing an Adidas shirt

yeah, i posted this asome time ago. in fact Lightning Seeds sued him for another song he "wrote" for another singer. surprisingly he was found inocent. check it out and see why i said surprisingly!
