It's on Converse's YouTube account as well.

Also, a very short behind the scenes clip of the recording session of the song.

Woah, Bernard's acting! Kind of.

And I guess the video confirms that Steve was involved somehow.

Really cool video, and like that Stephen Morris is in it too. Always good to see things move forward and not backwards.

Theres a fat Hook-a-like early on with a yellow T-Shirt on(he appears at 0.59)

Or are we reading too much into things?

I didn't really interpret anything to be about Hooky in the video though.

i quite like the song and the video. Videos can still be fun and cool if done right. This was both. Shame no one really shows videos in the US anymore....

Great stuff. Reminds me of some Eurovision entrant a few years back where the little girl singing was shadowed throughout the performance by some gimp in a green body suit. Just me then? Oh. :uhoh:
While I'm grateful to have the track I somehow wish they had sold it, instead of the sponsor giving it away. I reckon it could have been a commercial hit, what with Hot Chip's popularity with the young folks and so on.

Bananas, record burning, dark shadow (who leaves him at the end), people wrestling (True Faith), picture of dog upside down (Blue Monday). This are my first thoughts. Lot of food for Freud. Great great great video.

Video looks perfect for making Japanese kids reel on the floor, frothing at the mouth....

Cool video.

Maybe the black hole guy is Barney's depression.

Good song too.

That having a shadow by having an actor dressed in black is an idea nicked from Michel Gondry's video for "deadweight" by Beck (check it out, it's great).

Barney's shadow is a little bit (how can I put this politely).... slimmer... than Barney.

Treat yerself a few mince pies over Christmas Bernard, then get on the diet in January!
