New Order single "CONFUSION" will be re-released in UK September 23rd 2002. CONFUSION ARTHUR BAKER/ASTO UK, 12" Electro/Techno full on energy remix from Arthur Baker and a progressive stormer from new-comers Asto CONFUSION J SANCHEZ UK, 12" Excellent remixes from Junior Sanchez and Larry Tees. CONFUSION KOMA & BONES UK, 12" Breaks. Smashing remix from Koma & Bones. Also includes accapella. Plays from Rennie Pilgrem, Meat Katie etc.

This information was pasted from a post by David Sultan at Worldinmotion but since we are all NewOrder fans.......

I could have selected at least 10 Neworder songs to rerelease besides Confusion but aparrantly that Koma and Bones mix is really good....we'll see soon enough. This fall/winter should be full of reissued, repackaged Neworder material...PAINT A VULGAR PICTURE anyone?

Does it mean that there'll be 3 different 12"? And no CD release?

Well, that means another DJ-oriented release. "Someone Like You" has been released only as a 12" single too.

As stated on the "rumours" thread.. it might be on Recycle, hence CD.

Ah the good ol acapella is on that. Cool. It also was on the Minimal records 12inch. It's shite.

More bootlegs to come including the infamous "Song from the Blade movie with vocals from the guys that formerly sang blue monday, the tune that was performed by Kylie".

...covering Orgy...

I had assumed the point of the accapella version was for people to sample and make their own remixes, not to actually listen to...

Someone might have to eventually shoot the idiot who gives the ok for these things to be released.

(a little bit of a harsh statement, but you get the idea)
