Great show Monty, just finished, listened to a few tracks a couple of times!
I didn't realise you were there on Wednesday, didn't spot you, hardly surprising though, it was packed! the wife was nearly passing out, so we went to the back for a bit of space.
I was to left of stage, but when NOVELTY came on,I was at front,oops then to the left,oh then the right,ouch me feet!!!!Nowt like a good mosh!!
Cheers Shugster! I also not only play all four tracks off the LIGHT ep, but a bit o' New Order,JD, and Man Ray! Loving TOKYO JOE!!
Listening to it now at last - for the second time! great interview Mr Monty, interesting to hear the comments about Bernard! As for Tokyo Joe - really good track, sounds like Monaco when they were at their best.
Wondering why the other members of NO seem to resist the other WTFSC tracks released, perhaps they aren't as good as Hellbent, and after the reaction on here I don't think that will strengthen the case to get them out!
The new Light recordings I have to say sound brilliant, they breathe new life into the songs and give them a totally different perspective, and production-wise too I think they are strong.

I don't understand it,THE LIGHT played SISTER & BROTHER at the FAC 251 opening gig, and to be honest,I think that sounded better than DRACULA'S CASTLE & HEY JOE. Maybe they'll eventually come out on a definitive WFTSC 2 cd edition. RHINO RECORDS didn't really consult New Order about HELLBENT (hear my interview),so hopefully....
